ELIZABETH
From First Notes to Final Bow: A Complete Creative Chronicle
Elizabeth is a dramatic historical Ballet in One Act that I created to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Canonization of Elizabeth Ann Seton as a Saint in the Catholic Church.
I’m often asked about my creative process — so I’m opening the door. I’m excited to share the full journey of this work: my libretto, choreographer’s notes, and the complete performance with introduction.
ANNOTATED LIBRETTO
A narrative outline of the story, enriched with choreographer’s notes that reveal the inspirations behind key stage images and moments.

CHOREOGRAPHER NOTES
Choreographer Notes offer an inside look at the inspirations and creative decisions that shaped the work — from tone, style, and musical choices to the choreographic vision, the shaping of the libretto, and the movement vocabulary that brings the dance to life.
FULL PERFORMANCE VIDEO
Full Performance by the Ballet Theatre of Maryland at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Annapolis, MD, from February 22, 2025. Introduction by Choreographer, Roman Mykyta.
