SUMMARY:
Featuring the Ocarina, this piece is set in the Bukovynian region of Ukraine. Situated among the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains, the Bukovynian region is heavily influenced by its neighbors, Romania and Moldova.

Spring has come and a young couple meets in the field for fun. They dance and enjoy playful games, all of which are aimed at flirtation. Their movements are based on rhythmic patterns, full of syncopated, stomping steps. As the dance progresses, they begin to mimic different animals, especially the birds, who are building their nests. At the end of the day, they stop to listen to the singing of the birds.
